Information you submit

When you request service, Garrett's Garage collects the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, SMS consent choice, service address, vehicle details, service concern, and requested time frame. Engine and drive-type details are optional.

How information is used

Your information is used to review and respond to your service request, confirm whether mobile service may be appropriate, and communicate about that request. Garrett's Garage does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Submitted service requests are delivered by email through Resend. Those providers process the information needed to protect and deliver the form submission.

Data retention and security

Service-request details are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide service, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact Garrett's Garage at info@garretts-garage.com to ask about information you submitted or to request its correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.
